It has been an honor for me to officially introduce Radiation Safety Solutions (RSS), which would further help all the radiation industries in Brunei Darussalam to a better standard. The company comprises several functions that might enhance and fill up gaps or measures in complying with national standards, regulatory body requirements, and international standards that are deemed necessary for all safety, health, and environmental aspects nationwide and globally. It has been a challenging time during these years of operation, especially with the initial set-up, but the obstacles have been through various stages and eventually became fruitful at the end. We have been very fortunate to have loyal and competent employees, supportive dealers, understanding suppliers, and, above all, reliable supporters who have backed us up from the beginning. With these qualities blended together, sound management, clear direction, and a people-oriented approach, we have sailed through troubled waters many times without much difficulty.
We have been extremely fortunate to have a dedicated and competent staff, friendly dealers, understanding suppliers, and, most importantly, dependable fans who have supported us from the beginning. We have sailed through dangerous waters many times with these attributes combined: sound management, clear direction, and a people-oriented attitude.
We will aim for higher goals as a company and continue to offer a good career path and increased perks to our personnel. We will continue to offer all types of training as part of our self-development strategy, not only to our employees but also to our business partners, associates, and dealers. We are firm believers in career development training.
Moving forward, we aim to establish a corporate culture in which every member of Radiation Safety Solutions (RSS) possesses the spirit of self-help and takes initiative in carefully assessing societal and customer expectations, considering what can be done to meet these expectations, taking appropriate action, and providing value, as well as to build stronger relationships of trust with all of our stakeholders.
